The Appalachian Fair has served Northeast Tennessee since 1913, delivering a classic county fair experience with carnival rides, 4-H livestock competitions, demolition derbies, and nightly grandstand concerts by national country and gospel acts. The fairgrounds in Gray host over 100,000 visitors across the eight-day run. Deep-fried fair food, craft exhibitions, and agricultural displays round out the experience.
