Stay safe, build confidence, and have fun together! This free self-defense workshop is specially designed for women, teens, and children ages 8 and up. In a welcoming, high-energy environment, your family will learn how to stay aware, stay safe, and protect themselves. No athletic or martial arts experience is required!

What You Will Learn:

Situational Awareness: How to spot potential risks early and trust your instincts.Boundaries & De-escalation: Verbal and physical ways to set firm limits before a situation escalates.Leverage & Escapes: How to use leverage, posture, and body mechanics—rather than raw strength—to break free from grabs, holds, or the ground.Stun-and-Run Strategies: Fast, high-impact responses targeting vulnerable areas to create space and escape quickly. We do ask that you consider making a donation to your local Girls Inc. They not only sponsored the space for our event they help and give back to girls in our community daily. I would love to see some of their wishlist items filled. Most of these items are basic household items!
