Doe Mountain Recreation Area is an 8,600-acre Tennessee Wildlife Resources Agency managed area developed into one of the premier mountain biking destinations in the entire Southeast, featuring over 40 miles of purpose-built singletrack trails ranging from beginner-friendly routes to expert downhill runs across a high plateau with sweeping views. The area also offers excellent hunting, hiking, and wildlife viewing. The mountain biking community has embraced Doe Mountain as a premier destination, bringing riders from across the region and beyond to the Johnson County highlands.
