The Sounds of Summer Concert Series brings live music to Downtown Center each Tuesday and Thursday evening during the months of June, July and August. What began in 1998 from an informal gathering of local musicians has grown into a much-anticipated community tradition that some might argue is the best part of summer. The concerts are free and typically feature bluegrass bands on Tuesdays and country/southern rock on Thursday evenings, weather permitting, from 7 to 9 p.m. As a special feature of this series, one evening a month is set aside for a tribute band that features the songs of some of our favorite artists.

This band doesn’t just perform; they also get out to meet and greet the fans at every show. Their passion, showmanship and precise attention to replicating the details of the Eagles music, has earned them critical acclaim, name recognition and a very loyal following across the USA! The fans are always commenting on how the band looks like they are having the time of their lives on stage. Always smiling, laughing with the audience and having a great time…the energy and good vibes just spill out into the crowd making every show an event to remember.
