Start the school year strong with confidence! In this seminar, we go over basic self-defense techniques, situational awareness, and more.
Back-to-school season can be stressful for everyone! Our goal at Bristol Jiu-Jitsu is to make that process easier. Have your child come in and try out Jiu-Jitsu. After this free lesson, where we go over all the basics of our sport, they may go home with a new favorite activity! We want to be an extension of your child's education and your child's routine. The first hurdle is always the first lesson. This is an absolutely free beginner lesson aimed at all kids ages 6-12! Come see what Jiu-Jitsu is all about!
