The 2nd Annual Tennessee Hills Log Lift Challenge Presented by Iron Mayhem Gym is back — and bigger than ever. Join us on August 15th, 2026 at Tennessee Hills Distillery for a high-energy day of max strength, competition, and crowd-fueled chaos as athletes battle it out in this United States Strongman sanctioned national qualifier. Whether you're chasing a spot at Nationals or looking to test your limits on the big stage, this is your shot. Lifting kicks off at 2PM (athlete meeting at 1PM, weigh-ins 10AM–12PM), and thanks to our presenting sponsor The Red Apple Shed, there’s $1,000 on the line in the Max Log Lift, with $250 awarded to the top male (above & below 220) and top female (above & below 165).
